This refers to License SNM-1957, which was issued July 22,1985. The license was issued in response to your February 15, 1985 application for a materials license.
Through an oversight, the license was issued without remittance of the pre-scribed fee. We received your check for $1.620; however; your request should have been accompanied by application fees totalling $2.320 as speci-find in fee Categories 1K ($350), 2G ($350), 3B ($460), 3N ($930) and 3P
($230) of $170.31 of the enclosed 10 CFR 170.
You are requested to re: nit the additional $700 within twenty (20) days from the date of this letter. Payment should be made to the U.S. Nculear Regula-tory Cosmission and mailed to the attention of Cheryl Phillips at our Washington, D.C. address.
