ORDER The Motion by US Ecology for Sanctions and Other Relief is denied. Given the apparent confusion respecting the correct application of 10 CFR 2.762(c) to the unique circumstances of this case, we are invoking 10 CFR 2.711(a) to adjust the time for the filing of the briefs of the State of Illinois and the NRC staff in response to the US Ecology's appeal. Illinois' brief is to be filed and served no later than May 15, 1987; the staff's brief is to be filed and served no later than May 26, 1987.
