The NRC Staff has moved for extension of time until October 1,1982 to provide additional time to permit settlement negotiations.
The other parties to this proceeding have no objection. The motion is granted.
Since this matter has now been postponed for over a year by similar joint motions, the Board requests the parties to file statements with the Board within 15 days of this order as to their progress in the settlement negotiations and giving a date when they will be satisfactorily completed or hearings commenced.
