- It was recently brought to my attention tf.at the subject propose'd final rule would also make certain administative changes in 10 CFR Part 50.36 (Technical t
< Speci fications). I, therefore, obtained a copy of the referenced memo and reviewed it. I am directing my comments to you since I understand you are -
responsible for preparing NRR's response to the referenced memo. My comments are attached for your consideration and use in submitting the NRR fesponse.

- 1. Enclosure 5, page 5, item 10. Rather than revising paragraph 50.36(c)(4) which specifies the . Design. Features to be included in technical specifications, it is recommended that item 10 be revised to add a new paragraph 50.36(c,)(6) and that item 10 read as follows: .
- 10. A new parag'raph 50.36(c)(6) is added to read; as follows:
(6)(i) Licerisees that have an installed Emergency tiotification, '
' System shall make the initial notification required by -
