NOTE: On 9/16/86 Mr. O'Connell, NMSS, called Ms. Sheldon about her mmo t1 which l

TIDC requested infomation on changes that would have to be made to the NRC 31J Fom. Ms. Sheldon was informed that Item 5 to the 313 Fom already asks for th4-kind of information noted in the proposed rule and that the Regulatory Guide augments the Fom.

i She agreed that no change to the Fom is necessary to support the Rule but that an OMB package would still need to be developed.
