Dear Sir:
South Carolina Electric & Gas Company (SCE&G) herein submits the results of radiochemical analyses in conjunction with the NRC Confirmatory Measurements Program as addressed in Regulatory Guide 4.15, Revision 1 February 1979, "Quality Assurance for Radiological Monitoring Programs (Hormal Operations)--
Effluent Streams and the Environment."
Analysis for tritium was performed by the Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station Health Physics laboratory. Analyses for Iron-55 Strontium-89, and Strontium-90 were performed by Science Applications International Corporation. The results were decay corrected to May 12, 1988, and are reported as indicated below.
