Inspecticn Report No. 50-219/88-28
This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Messrs. W. Baunack,
E. Collins, D. Lew, and J. Wechtelberger on September 11 - Octobe- 4 and October
14-29, 1988, at the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station. The inspections con-
sisted of document reviews, interviews and observatioils of activities as documenteo
in the enclosed inspection report. The findings were discussed with you and other
members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Based on the results of this inspection, it appears that one of your activities
was not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements, as set i
r,i in the
Notice of Violation, enclosed herewith as Appendix A.
