SUBJECT:

Inadequate Core Cooling Instrumentation System Technical Specifications Pursuant to requirements of NUREG-0737, Generic Letter 82-28 and Reference (3), the Omaha Public Power District has revised and hereby resubmits for your approval changes to the Fort Calhoun Station Unit No.1 Technical Specifications. These changes are in response to the Staff technical reviewer's concerns relative to Reference (2) and are described in greater detail in the attached Discussion. This amended application should serve to close out the request of the Reference (3) letter.
