SECY-86-352 - Request for Hearing on Shearon Harris Exemption Request The Commission,* by a 4-0 vote, approved an order which denied a request from Wells Eddleman and the Coalition for Alternatives to Shearon Harris for a hearing on Carolina Power and Light's requested exemption from the requirement for a full scale emergency preparedness exercise within one year of issuance of a full power operating license.

The order finds that there are no material issues of fact that warrant a hearing.

Commissioner Asselstine was unavailable to participate.
