This memorandum revises the composition of Pilgrim Restart Assessment Panel as f.
described in my memorandum of July 8,1987. At that time, the Deputy Director l
of the Divis'en of Reactor Projects (ORP) was acting also as the cornizant

Now that a permanent Projects Branch Chief has been named, the Deputy Director, i
DRP will remain on the panel (as Chairman) and the Projects Branch Chief will also be on that panel, j
