Thank you for your February 24, 1986 letter to Harold Denton requesting that we consider Ms. Jennifer Puntenney's February 15, 1986 letter on bei.alf of the Safe Energy Coalition of Michigan regarding Detroit Edison Company's Fenni 2 Nuclear Plant. We are treating Ms. Puntenney's letter as a " Request for Action" under 10 CFR 2.206 of our regulations. As such, notice of receipt of the letter will be published shortly in the Federal Register and the NRC will respond to the letter on its merits within a reasonable time.
