Re: Revited Source Term Proposed Rule Coordination OGC management has considered this issue, and they have decided that OGC will not require inclusion of the proposed insert on FSAR updating.

DRPM management does not believe that the proposed insert is gennane to the proposed source term rule and requests it be retracted.. DRPM suggests that if OGC believes that there is a c'eficiency regarding FSAR updating, that OGC should make a recommendation in this regard to NRR management independent of the revised source term rulemaking package.

Please advise me whether or not this position will cause OGC to deny concurrence.
