PCE (Withers) to NRC (Varga) letter regarding Control Room Emergency Ventilation System, dated June 13, 1986 Pursuant to our previous discussions concerning License Change Application (LCA) 120, wo hereby withdraw our request to revise Techncial Specification 3/4.7.6, Control Room Emergency Ventilation System. We plan to revise this portion of LCA 120 as part of our control room habitability Technical Specification changes to be submitted by September 30, 1986, as committed to in the above reference.
