Re: Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station 1 The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 96 to Facility Operatino j License No. DPR-35 for the Pilnrim Nuclear Power Station. This amendment is j in response to your application dated February 25, 1986.

The amendment changes the Technical Specifications by deletino discontinued

American Society of Testing and Paterials (ASTM) standard references for diesel l fuel oil and replacing them with the current ASTM standard references.
