In accordance with your application dated March 26, 1986, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-1097 is hereby amended to authorize change of NFMD to Nuclear Fuel and Components Manufacturing, to terminate use of the Greenville, South Carolina, warehouse, and to revise the Radiological Contingency and Emergency Plan.
Condition 9 of Materials License No. SNM-1097 is revised to read:

Authorized Use:
For use in accordance with statements, representations, and conditions of Part I of the licensee's application dated May 14, June 20, October 23, November 12, November 20, and December 3,1984; and February 6, and July 12, 1985; and March 26, 1986, and licensee letters dated December 19, 1984; July 10, and July 30, 1985.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
Enclosed is a copy of our Safety Evaluation Report.
