CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION FOR AMENDMENT REQUEST DATED MARCH 26, 1986 By letter dated March. 26, 1986, GE requested an amendment to License No.

SNM-1097 to reflect a name change at the Wilmington facility and to delete reference to the Greenville, South Carolina, warehouse as an authorized place

of use. The change in the facility name is an administrative change and will have no effect on the environment or the public health and safety. GE is planning to vacate the warehouse and requests that it be released for unre-l stricted use. Region II has performed a confirmatory survey and found that the i

warehouse meets release criteria and, therefore, recommends that the warehouse be released for unrestricted use. This action will not result in any adverse i effect to the public health and safety nor will it compromise the environmental protection in any way. Accordingly, pursuant to 10 CFR 51.22(c)(11), the stiff
