To: Jack Roe / Dave Matthews The staff presented the subject rule for the review and endorsement of the Committee to Review Generic Requirements (CRGR) at the Committee's 322nd meeting held on June 12, 1998. The review material, memorandum from F. J.
Miraglia to T. T. Martin, dated July 3, 1998, " Final Rule - Financial Assurance Requirements for Decommissioning of Nuclear Power Reactors," CRGR Item No. 191, was endorsed by the Committee as presented.
This e-mail will be only transmittal of the CRGR endorsement of this item.-As discussed at the CRGR meeting, a copy is also being forwarded to Jocelyn I Mitchell of the EDO's office. ,
