Enclosed is a copy of BRAND (BISCO) test report 3001-03-B provided to 01:RIII during an 01 interview of Clayton W. BROWN, former BISCO president, on j
September 20, 1994. This interview was provided to your office earlier.
BROWN refers to this test on pages 15-18 of the transcript. BROWN indicated that he sent this out to the nuclear industry after ANI withdrew their certi-j fication for the 9" seal.
1 I expect to receive three additional BISCO tests from 01-91-05 that were conducted at CTL, which I will forward to you.
After your office has reviewed this test, please contact me so that we can coordinate our investigative efforts with your office.
