l Hunnicutt's recollection of the circumstances surrounding the March 8, 1984, incident involving the detention of QC inspectors at Comanche Peak SES was j
very vague. Hunnicutt noted that the incident occurred 14 months earlier.
In October 1984, Hunnicutt testified at length before the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (ASLB) concerning the incident. At that time, Hunnicutt's memory was much fresher concerning the details of what took place during the incident. Hunnicutt stated that the testimony he provided the ASLB was correct and he had no changes to make.
