On 10/25/85 the Regional Administrator, Region II requested 01:RII's assistance in interviewing a former CP&L engineer who alleges he was harassed and intimidated for reporting safety concerns and falsified documents.
Region II also requested 01's assistance with the staff in conducting the interview in relation to technical concerns.
ECD 01/15/85 10/27/84 Field Work in Progress 12/1/84 No Change 01/02/85 No Change 02/02/85 No Change 03/06/85 Field Work complete. Report in write-up.
04/01/85 Field work re-initiated.
05/03/65 Final report complete.
