CLlhTON GUARD QUALIFICATION TRAINING FLAN AND SECURITY CONTlhGENCY PLAN We have completed our review of the recently submitted Fevisico 6 to the Clinton Physical Security Plan, Revision 5 to the Clinton Guard Qualification and Training Plan, ard Pevision 3 to the Clinton Security Contingency Plan. Based on this review, we conclude that these plans continue to be in accordance with cur regulatory requirements.

Encicsed is a cnrcnology of the evolution of the various staff-approved Clir. ten security plans. We request that this chrcnolcgy te paintained with the saf e-guards plans. This docur:cntation will establish a record fcr use by hRC inspec-ters, of current staff-approved safeguards amendments.
