Dear Mr. Denton:
Clinton Power Station Unit 1 Docket No. 50-461 Illinois Power Company hereby submits five (5) copies of Revision 3 of the Security Force Qualification and Training Program for the Clinton Power Station.
The initial program was transmitted by the referenced letter and revised by Revision 1 on August 18, 1981 and Revision 2 on November 2, 1981.
Revision 3 of the program consists of some minor miscellaneous changes on weapons training and a complete revision of Appendix C to reflect a position title change to Security Shift Liaison.
Included herewith is an instruction sheet to update the program for Revision 3 with the replacement pages provided.
