Construction Permits No. CPPR-137 & CPPR-138 Illinois Power Company on behalf of itself, and as agent for Soyland Power Cooperative, Inc. and Western Illinois Power Coopera-tive, Inc., is tendering this date, for acceptance review in accord-ance with J O CFR 2.101(a), an operating license application for the Clinton Power Station Units 1 and 2.
In support of the application and in accordance with 10 CFR 50.34(c) & (d), transmitted herewith are five (5) copies of the Physical Security Plan and Safeguards Contingency Plan for the Clinton Power Station.
The security plans indentify detailed security measures for the physical protection of a nuclear power station and the informa-tion is exempt from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 (d) (1).
