OFFICE REVIEW AND CONCURRENCE: PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO 10 CFR PARTS 20, 32, 35, 36. AND 39. " MINOR CORRECTIONS AND CLARIFYING CHANGES" The Office of Information Resources Management (IRM) has reviewed the subject I
]roposed rule and concurs in it. However. there is a minor change that must 3e made to the "Pa]erwork Reduction Act Statement" before the rule can be published. This clange has been communicated to the RES Task Leader for the rulemaking. In addition, the proposed rule contains information collection requirements that must be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq). Therefore, we have placed publication of the rule on hold with the Office of Administration pending our receipt and approval of the OMB clearance package.
We have also apprised the RES Task Leader of the need to submit an OMB l clearance package to the Information and Records Management Branch, IRM. at '
least three weeks before the date the rule is scheduled for publication in the Federal Reaister to ensure that IRM can complete its review, obtain the Office of the General Counsel's concurrence, and submit the package to OMB no later than the date the rule is published.
