RV-84-A-0037 This refers to the meeting and telephone call in which you expressed concerns related to your discharge f rom the Bechtel work force at the Diable Canyon Nuclear Generating Station.

An enclosure to this letter documents your concerns as we understand them based on your conversations with Mr. M. Mendonca and Mr. H. North of Region V. NRC.

We wish to confirm that the enclosed Statement of Concerns completely and accurately reflects all of your concerns. In addition, we have determined that we need additional information from you before we can proceed with our inquiry into your concerns. We have attempted to contact you by telephone without success and I would appreciate your contacting me collect at (415) 943-3700 as soon as possible so that we can discuss this matter further. On Monday, Feb. 27. 1984 was present at a safety meeting - where personal safety and equipment was discussed, uestioned his Bechtel foreman (Leo Herrod) concerning inovement of tools, equipment 'and personnel between Units I and { and contamination controls. 1 The forerpn was unable to answer and said write it down. sresponded with you write it !
