Dear Mr. Guinn:
This refers to the 5, 4, 3 Company, Inc., request dated March 1985.
I called Mr. Stewart on April 15, 1985. He indicated that he only wants to perform service / installation on the device once it is installed at a licensed facility.
Considering this fact and the fact that the ash analyzer is currently under review. We recommend that the 5, 4, 3 Company, Inc.
license be amended to and allow service / installation of the device at a licensed customer's. facility.
