In accorda~nce with your applications dated June'14, 1996 and March-12, 1997, and supplements. dated March 5 and May 1,-1997, and pursuant-to Part 70 to l
. Title.10.of the Code of Federal Regulations, Materials License SNM-1227 is 1
hereby amended to reflect the use of a parent company guarantee to provide l
' financial assurance for decommissioning and to include the'1997 update to the
- decommissioning cost estimate. Accordingly, Safety Condition S-1 is modified
'totinclude revised pages of the license application dated May 1, 1997, and'
. additional information in letters dated June 14, 1996, March 5 and March 12,.
1997. All other conditions of the ' license shall remain the same.
