Dear Mr. Maas:
Enclosed is Siemens Power Corporation's original Standby Letter of j
Credit from Wachovia Bank of Georgia, N.A., of which the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) was the beneficiary.
Because Siemens is now using a Parent Company Guarantee to assure funds for decommissioning, the Letter of Credit has been canceled by the NRC.
I have also included some material for Siemens to return to Wachovia Bank.
