proprietary. While it is understandable that some parts of the Licensee's j
program can be considered as proprietary, individual submittals under the program need to be assessed for an appropriate designation. Accordingly, l

The purpose of this letter is to request that only the following document in the package be considered as proprietary per 10 CFR 2.790.
" Plant Specific Seismic Adequacy Implementation Procedure to i
Resolve Unresolved Safety Issue (USI) A-46 and Generic Letter j
(GL) 87-02" This document consists of 40 pages, each stamped " Proprietary," and is contained in the bound volume entitled " Final Report - February 18, 1992," submitted as Enclosure B with letter L-92-239.
