The following are Northeast Nuclear Energy Company's (NNECO's) commitments made within i

this letter. All other statements made within this letter are for information only.

B16283-1 NNECO commits that procedures will be revised, prior to startup for operating Cycle 16, to bypass the group six isolation signal from both Containment High-Range Radiation Monitors, at the discretion of the Shift Manager, to preclude inadvertent high radiation alarms and actuations when work is being performed and primary containment is not required.

B16283-2 NNECO commits to perform additional testing on the Containment High-Range Monitors to verify operability prior to startup for operating Cycle 16.
