In a letter dated January 13, 1995, we sent you our comments on th'e review of 3
your Decommissioning Plan for Plant C. of the letter provided you a copy of the draft NRC " Branch Technical Position on Site Characterization for Decommissioning", dated November 1994. Unfortunately, when we copied this document for enclosure with the letter, only every other page was copied.
