Investigation of Terminated NU Employees l

The following was recieved from one of our US Senators.
How long does it take to protect these employees? If I remember, it did't take this long to process a license ammendment for Millstone Unit 1.
Are you clearly protecting the public or do you put a higher priority on license ammendments and Enforcement Discretion.

this is a good example. At least you give our US Senators the same run around as you give us, i
John, please get us some definitive answers such that these people can get on l
with their lives. Maybe Jim Lieberman doesn't consider this a high priority l
but I certainly do. What do we have to do to get your attention?
Please tell Dave Vito to stop sending me Certified Mail in his plain brown envelopes with no real return address. As we agreed more than a year ago, this was to stop.

Folks from other regions have been assisting Region 1 as a resource matter and that is why some people may have talked to NRC people from l
other regions. the office of general counsel was conducting a more generic review and may also have talked to people.
