ENCLOSURE 2 NOTICE OF DEVIATION Duke Power Company Docket No. 50-413 Catawba License No. NPF-35 The following deviation was identified during an inspection conducted on May 8, 1985.
The licensee committed in correspondence to the NRC dated January 24 and March 14, 1985, to remove Teflon tape in the Auxiliary Building by March 1, 1985.
Contrary to the above, all Teflon tape in the Auxiliary Building had not been removed as of the date of this inspection.
Please provide, in writing within 30 days of the date of this Notice, a descrip-tion of corrective actions regarding these deviations, actions taken to avoid further deviations, and the dates when these actions were or will be completed.
Security or safeguards information should be submitted as an enclosure to facilitate withholding it from public disclosure as required by 10 CFR 2.790(d) or 10 CFR 73.21.
