REPORT NOS. 50-413/85-20 AND 50-414/85-16
On April 26, 1985 - May 25, 1985, NRC inspected activities authorized by NRC
Operating License No. NPF-35 and Construction Permit No. CPPR-17 for your Catawoa
facility. At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed with
those members of your staff identified in the enclosed inspection report.
The inspection findings indicate that certain activities violated NRC require-
ments and.other activities appeared to deviate from a commitment to the NRC. The
violations and deviations, with pertinent references and elements to be included
in your response, are presented in the enclosed Notices.
Your attention is invited to unresolved items identified in the inspection
report.
These matters will be pursued during future inspections.

clearance procedures of the Office of Management and Budget issued under the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980, PL 96-511.
