NEWS MEDIA REQUEST FOR INVESTIGATION DOCUMENTS The Office of Public Affairs has received a request for two OIA reports on investigations and inspections conducted at Comanche Peak.
My review of the material requested indicates that beyond the steps set forth by the EDO in his memo of 1/3/84 and noted by the Director, OI in his memo of 1/9/84, no'other agency action is required.
Consequently, I am prepared to authorize PA to release the' reports and the memos mentioned above, unless the Commission wants to pursue this matter further.
