meeting with the DEL staff on Februery 2,1967.
I confirmed the dates but cautioned that these vere tentative. He vill be notified when the agenda for the meeting, i.e.,
what aspects of the design, fabricaticn and field erection of the reactor vessel are of most interest, and the date have been finally fixed.
I cock the opportunity, having tried to reach D. McElroy yesterday by telephone, to read to him highlights from the consultants' report end our own review.
Stress analysis, non destructive testing and velding were the main subjects that were covered with our Eeneral view being that more informatien and improved technicues ere required to obtoin improved quality of reactor vessel.
