SUMMARY
7 MONTH: December 1992 Catawba Unit 1 began the month of December operating at 100% full power. The unit operated at or near 100% full power until 12/4 when the unit commenced a load decrease.. The unit held at 75% power frorn 0401 to 1036 due to turb!no control oil pressure problems. The unit v'as returned to 100% power at 1725.
The unit operated at or near 100% full power for the remainder of the month.

SUMMARY
MONTH; Decernbor 19u2 Catawba Unit 2 began the month of December at 14% power. The unit remalnr.J at 14% power until 0024 for nuclear instrumentation calibrations. During puxor escalation, the Unit hold at 20% power from 0434 to 0810 for nuclear instrumentation calibrations. During power oscalation, the unit doctcased at 1911. The unit hold at 70% power from 2120 to 12/2 at 2153 for ricroon cleaning on tho *2A' cooling tower. Tho unit reached 100% power on 12/3 at 0555, The unit exporlonced a reactor /turbino trip on 12/14 at 1534 on stcam generator Lo-Lo level dt. ring a feedwater pump test. The unit tomalnod off-line until 12/18 due to both steam generator power oporr. tor relief valvos being out of service at the time of the trip and one of the two were required to restart the unit. The unit was placed on-lino on 12/18 at 1537 and reachod 100% full power on 12/19 at 1725. The unit operated at or near 100% full power for the romalnder of the month.
