Dear Dr. Arnold:
The NRC Division of Security has reviewed the revision to the Security Plan for the Protection of Classified Matter and Information for the Louisiana Energy Services (LES) Claiborne Enrichment Center, submitted February 10, 1992.
Upon incorporation of the enclosed revisions, we should be in a position to approve the security plan. After revision, it is not necessary to resubmit the entire security plan. For ease of review, we prefer that LES submit page changes only.
Also, while we realize that LES is a long way from importing classified equipment for the Claiborne Enrichment Center, please provide us with an estimation as to when LES would be submitting the security plan for the protection of classified matter during transportation.
