Dear Dr. Arnold:
The NRC Division of Security (SEC) has reviewed revision No. 1 te i the Security Plan for the Protection of Classified Matter and Information for the Louisiana Energy Services (LES) Claiborne Enrichment Canter, submitted on September 16, 1991. Based on our review, we have determined that additional information, as stated in the enclosure, is needed with respect to the security plan.
Please note that many of the questions and comments were originally addressed in our letter of June 14, 1991. However, they either were not addressed or unsatisfactorily addressed in the LES revision of September 16, 1591. We would appreciate a response to our concerns by January 25, 1992.
