The enclosed liRC Form 173, Standard Ordei for DOE I!ork is hereby submitted in accordance with Section III.B.2 of the DDE/liRC Memorandum of Understanding, dated February 24, 1978.
Funding authorization in the amount of $80,000 was provided in ray letter of December 30, 1982. The enclosed order provides additional funding authoriza-tion in the amoun't of $370,000 to continue work on'the project in FY 1983.
The balance of the funds for completion of the project will be provided incrementally,at a lafer date.
