RECONSTITUTION OF ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING BOARD FOR SHEFFIELD LOW-LEVEL RADI0 ACTIVE WASTE-DISPOSAL SITE
Purpose:
To inform the Comission of a change in membership of the subject Board.
Discussion: Pursuant to 10 CFR 52.721, I am reconstituting the Board for the special proceeding in U.S. Ecology, Incorporated (Sheffield, Illinois Low Level Radioactive Waste Disposal Site) Occket No. 27-39-SP.
The Board is comprised of the following Administrative Judges:
Andrew C. Goodhope, Chairman Dr. Jerry R. Kline Dr. Emeth A. Leubke A notice to this effect will be published in the i Federal Register.
