EXPORT OF COMPONENTS TO TARAPUR In its analysis on the Tarapur components license, the staff states that Section 128 does not apply to component. export licenses.

You will recall that we raised this issue in the context of snubbers to Spain and ne'ver got it formally resolved.

I wrote you a nemo on the issue (attached) and you noted without objection.the export of snubbers.
