UPGRADE OF EXISTING ALLEGATION PROCEDURES In accordance with the enclosed memorandum to the ED0 on upgrading the exi. sting Allegation' Procedures, dated December 1,1983, I would like to meet with you or your office representative at 1:30 p.m. in the ET Room, third floor.
East / West-West Towers on December 8,1983. The purpose will be to discuss the general outline, plan and schedule for development of an NRC Manual Chapter on Allegations.
Please provide me by December 7, 1983, a list of issues or items you believe should or should not be included in the Manual Chapter. If you or an office representative will not be able to attend, please provide to me by the above date a list of items you would like to hav onsid ed.
