ALLEGATION TRACKING SYSTEM (ATS)

The ED0 has directed that the Allegation Tracking System (ATS) will go into effect December 6, 1982 (reference ED0 memo to Office Directors dated November 24,1982.) Your internal office procedures should be in place by that date. For information and coordination purposes the addressees have been designated as the ATS Office Coordinators. The attached NRC Form 307 is to be used to record data. Ed Fox of my staff is the point of contact for or coninents you may have on the form, system or procedures (492-4932) question Additional copies of NRC Form 3C7 are enclosed. Additional fanns may be requested from Property and Supply Branch, Office of Administration using NRC Form 34. If you have any questions or problems please contact Ed Fox. We will be contacting you in the near future regarding planning for the long term ATS.
