Dear Ms. Adato:

This is in further response to your letter dated July 19, 1984, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), that copies of (1) SECY-84-249, and (2) all other documents concerning options for handling allegations be made available at the NRC Public Document (PDR),1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555.

The additional documents listed on revised Appendix A (Continued) are being placed in the PDR where they will be available for public inspection and copying. You may obtain access to these records by presenting a copy of this letter to the PDR staff or by requesting PDR folder F01A-84-601 under your name. There is no charge for inspecting records maintained in the PDR.

Our processing of other documents is continuing, and we will comunicate with you again upon completion of our review of the documents.
