This amendment application consists of Proposed Change Number NPF-10-411 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-10.
Proposed Change Number NPF-10-411 is a request to revise Technical Specification (TS) 3/4.4.1.4.1, " Cold Shutdown -
Loops Filled," TS 3/4.4.1.4.2 " Cold Shutdown - Loops Not Filled," TS 3/4.9.8.1, " Shutdown Cooling and Coolant Circulation, High Water Level," TS 3/4.9.8.2, " Shutdown Cooling and Coolant Circulation-Low Water Level," and their associated Bases. This will _ allow for the use of Containment Spray (CS) pumps in place of Low Pressure _ Safety Injection (LPSI) pumps to provide shutdown cooling (SDC) flow.
