d I am writing to inquire about the history and legality of the NRC's requirement that
.y engineers take such tests under the Behavioral Reliability Program. My constituent expresses his concern that as a non-federal employee, he can be forced to take such tests.
In addition, he is interested in knowing under what statutory authority the NRC is allowed to impose this requirement.
I would appreciate receiving responses to these questions, as well as any general information relevant to this issue. A speedy response would be greatly appreciated, so that I may inform t
