METROPOLITAN AREA The attached milestone schedule has been jointly developed by the panel i 4 members for the subject procurement.
The Executive Director for Operations (EDO) has stressed the need for adherence to these milestone schedules and requested all NRC Office i
Directors to devote the attention necessary to identify and correct potential bottlenecks as they develop. (Reference' Deputy EDO memorandum dated October 14, 1980, copy enclosed.)
Any significant delay must now be referred through the Director of Administration to the EDO for resolution.
