REPORTING CONTRACT I called Teresa McLearen this morning with regard to the Reporti'ng Con
- tract with Tayloe. We first talked about the fact.that the Disclaimer was still being charged for and as recently as Teptember 12 had been included in a closed meeting transcript. Teresa saio that she had talked to Tayloe about this and they were supposed to be correcting the situation.
We next discussed the $50.00 per day minimum clause that is in the present contract (see p. 42).
I explained that Tayloe had been charging us the minimum for Affirmation sessions that immediately followed a Comission meeting.
I told her that it was my feeling that the $50,00 minimum was j
for a whole day of Comission meetings and not for each individual ses-sion. She said she would look into this and call me back, i
Teresa called me back around 1:30"6.m. and said she had discussed the matter with Pat Sullivan. Pat paid she had talked to Tayloe and that Tayloe had admitted that fhe Disclaimer in the September 12 transcript was l
a mistake an,d the reporter had been informed about this.
i Pat also discussed with Tayloe the matter of the $50.00 and Tayloe said there had been a misunderstanding and they would make sure that, in the i i future, the $50.00 minimum would apply to the whole day and not to each l :
individual session.
I will discuss this matter further with Pat regarding t
getting reimbursed for the overcharges we have suffered since the contract started.
