I talked to Duane Kidd on the 12/23/83 letter he sent to Tayloe on security problems.

I asked that he let us know next time without the delay shown by the 12/23 letter on a 10/7 survey.

In the future,dayloe/ has to type classified transcripts in NRC space, per Duane Kidd.

D. Kidd said he thought SECY was aware of what was going on.

He apologized for not doing so.

I suggested he also advise ACRS ar.1 others who sometimes have classified meetings.

D. Kidd said there is no problem in their (Tayloe) doing classified transcripts as long as they are cleared and 1 i work is done in NRC space.
